KCH designs, fabricates and installs NEMA rated control panels for complete automation of scrubbing systems including conductivity, pH control, makeup water and recirculation flow analyzers, and differential static pressure monitoring and chemical addition metering systems.

Hoist and process control is accomplished with programmable logic controllers and software designed for use in the finishing industry. Operartor interface to the controsl is accomplished through PC, touch screens, and / or bush button. Control functions and interface are custom designed for each operation. Software and hardware is readily available for simple hoist control and positioning only, or can be as extensive as data logging parts numbers for specific process conditions to be recorded and accessed at a future date.
