Service visit lengths and intervals between visits can be tailored accordingly and scheduled monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually with visit lengths from two hours in plant to nine hours in plant.

Our preventive maintenance programs offer service on all brands, makes and models of corrosion resistant ventilation equipment. Our experienced service personnel will conduct a hands on inspection of your ventilation equipment and components including fans, scrubbers, mist eliminators, moisture extractors, duct and hoods.

Preventive Maintenance services include:
Thorough, detailed inspection of the most critical components of your equipment including fan wheels, mesh pads, recirculation pumps, packing, spray nozzles, gauges, probes, etc.
Onsite repairs and if required, cleaning of mesh pads, packing, etc.
Recommendations for a stock of spare parts inventory for predictive maintenance.
System airflow check and comparison with design specifications.

For preventive maintenance of process tank lines, services include:
Inspection of all moving parts
Lubrication as required
Inspection and service of positioning system
Inspection of limit switches and proximity sensors
Inspection of hoist movements and adjustments
Tank inspection and spark testing, if necessary
Adjustment of positioning at stations
Detailed inspection report
Follow-up activity list to be implemented in plant p/m routine.
