KCH manufactures steel tanks from 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, and Mild Steel. Stainless steel and carbon steel tanks are manufactured from specified gauge sheet stock. All welds are applied utilizing continuous MIG welding, inside and out. Tanks can be fitted with drains, overflow weirs, saddles, internal baffles, plumbing, heaters, pumps, and filters.
Carbon steel tanks exterior are painted with a chemical resistant epoxy paint. Tanks that are designed to operate at elevated temperatures can be insulated to prevent heat loss.
