The AutoCovers Reduce Operating Costs and Heat Loss!

KCH designs, fabricates, and installs custom mechanical tank covers for metal finishing processes.

The AutoCovers is designed to be integrated with a local exhaust ventilation system. The exhaust fan can ramp up or down, via Variable Frequency Drive, based on the open/closed position of the cover.  Utilization of AutoCovers allows Exhaust Fans to operate at a low energy state, thus providing significant energy savings in electrical power. 

The AutoCovers can be retrofitted onto existing open surface tanks.
