STABILIZED EMISSION CONTROL EXHAUST SYSTEMS

Numerous KCH Services U.V. Stabilized Polypropylene scrubbers are set in place at a large semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. The four shown are rated for 40,000 SCFM each and expected efficiencies are greater than 99.9% on low inlet loading of HCL, HF and other common process waste gases. Each unit measures approximately 13' in diameter and stands over 32' tall. Each scrubber is designed to withstand a negative pressure of 20" w.c. Surrounding the units are solid FRP secondary containment pans. Solid polypropylene is becoming the material of choice for scrubbers because of its advantageous U.V. and chemical resistance, workability and "cleanroom" aesthetics.

KCH Services, Inc. has been manufacturing quality craftsmanship exhaust systems for industry since 1979.
